From Monday to Friday, BigItalyFocus provides an information overview, ranged from development aid to made in Italy
(10 March, 2017) “The Extraordinary Italian Taste” is the title of the event that will be held next March 15 at the Italian Embassy in Beijing, devoted to the protection and promotion of our DOP and IGP in China. It will be organised by the embassy with the ICE, the agency for the promotion and internationalisation of Italian businesses and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China. The event, sponsored by the European Union Delegation in Beijing is occasioned by the “World Consumer Rights Day”, the annual recurrence on March 15 since 1983 for safeguarding consumer rights. Three sessions of talks will take place in the Embassy’s Auditorium. The first will take place from 11:00 to 13:00 – a seminar on law and the protection of GIs (Geographical indications) in China followed by a conference from 14:00 to 17:00 on the same subject, discussing different experiences. The day will close with “I Love Italian GIs” (17:00 to 18:00), an event devoted to the promotion and tasting of DOP and IGP Italian projects. (Red)
