The Cremona exhibition aims to further broaden its range with the involvement of new players on a global scale, thus strengthening its position within an industry that is looming in net growth: according to the London-based technology company analysts Technavio research, in fact, the market for musical instruments is likely to increase of 8,93% by 2021, exceeding the total value of 18 billion dollars. Germany is an important reference horizon for Cremona Musica, given the massive presence of German operators within the Cremona event. Bavaria, for example, participates since four editions at Cremona Musica with a joint stand that is the excellence of the local production of violin making. In addition, the event also features numerous German presence in the areas dedicated to pianos, guitars and horns. On the other hand the music industry in Germany remains among the strongest in the EU, with revenues are around US $ 750 million.

It’s not by chance is just a Japanese and an American the two music companies making record volumes of higher sales, i.e. Yamaha Corporation and Gibson Brands Inc.
