"Arlecchino": The Mass Media Festival for Kids

(29 May 2017) The 6th "Arlecchino", the International Mass Media Art Festival for children and young adults is about to start in Varina, Bulgaria. The Festival, whose slogan is "The World Through My Eyes", aims to stimulate the imagination and creativity of young people for the production of original movies (documentaries and movies), novels for children and telenovelas, video clips, programmes and news: music, sports, and news programmes. The Arlecchino Festival (June 16 - 18) is sponsored by the Italian Institute of Culture of Sofia and the Ministry of Education and Science in support of "Varna - Youth capital 2017". The Festival stems from innovation and continues to be a sign of innovation. Every year, it presents a production by children and young adults, which represents a step in the use of the latest technologies. The festival is organised in close collaboration with IIC, the Municipality of Varna, the National Agency for Bulgarian Citizens Abroad and the National Children's Palace. (Red)


THE SPEAKERS


Children from between the ages of 9 and 19 can take part in the festival either individually, in groups, or with their class. During the festival, there will be a workshop, a guided tour of the city's monuments accompanied by local television.
