Bossa nova, jazz, tango: A musical journey with Valentina Marino

(11 July 2017) Valentina Marino - jazz singer, composer, arranger - is an artist from Sicily with an unmistakable style and a distinctive musical personality. She will perform with Johannes Thomas (piano), Myles Sloniker (double bass), and Zan Tetickovic (drums) at the Italian Institute of Culture in Vienna on Wednesday 2 August (at 19:00). It is much more than a concert, it is a real musical journey through Italian classics, the world of Bossa Nova, jazz, and tango. It is not the first experience abroad for the Sicilian artist. For more than ten years, Valentina Marino has been performing with Viennese pianist Johannes Thomas in Austria, Italy, and America. (red)
