Simest invests in the Kosovo subsidiary of R.I. Spa

(July 27, 2017) Simest, a company that together with Sace is the pole of export and internationalization of the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group, will participate in the capital increase of Kosovo Arkos Llc, controlled by Lecce R.I. Spa, which produces modular and prefabricated structures for emergency situations. The goal of the new injection of resources is creating - in Drenas Industrial Park, located in the municipality of Pristina and home to Arkos - an additional structure that can serve as a storage area and for disposing of goods, as showroom exhibition of products, together with the construction of commercial offices for the reception of customers, consisting of local companies. This way, Simest - who participated financially to the constitution of Arkos in 2015 - renews its support to the Italian group, maintaining its stake around 22%. a support also in favor of Kosovo population than in the recent past has suffered because of the war and that - thanks to the birth and growth of companies like Arkos in Drenas - can count on the recruitment of local workers and on industrial growth.
