From Karlovy Vary on the trail of Wolfgang Goethe

(August 18, 2017) On August 28, Vienna Cammarota, a 67 years old Environmental Hiking Aigae guide from Campania, will walk from the Karlovy Vary hill in Prague to be the first woman to repeat the Goethe trip after the 231 year. Everything’s ready for the challenge. After walking through Tibet, Nepal, Israel, Palestine and kayaking in Madagascar, Patagonia, the Amazon, the Salerno's guide is ready for the new, great Aigaeguide challenge. "I booked a one-way flight. I will return to Italy on foot. Goethe revolutionized the world and understood the importance of observing, describing, and telling. I will do so too. In my backpack there will be fears, curiosity, desire to know. I am ready, people welcome me. I am studying Goethe's diary in German. Perhaps I can find the inns hosted by the great German writer and philosopher who maybe hide yet unknown anecdotes and also curiosity. I will travel 25 to 30 km per day, resting only in Munich and Innsbruck. I fear the Brenner. My message will be to Europe and to women. "

ABOUT / THE PATH

Vienna Cammarota will cross Munich, Innsbruck, the Bavarian, Austrian and Italian Alps to the south of Italy and will bring Europe to the places affected by the earthquake. Wolfgang Goethe left Karlovy Vary on September 3, 1786.
