Italian language and cinema: A competition in Angola for the Week of Italian Language

(30 August 2017) The 17th edition of the Week of Italian Language in the World (16 - 22 October, 2017) is dedicated to “Italian language and cinema”. The Italian Embassy in Luanda organised the literary competition “Italian language in the cinema”. It is open to all Angolan citizens 18 and older and residents of Angola. The participants need to present a 10-page short story in Italian by October 4th focusing on Italian cinema. The jury, nominated by the Italian Ambassador to Angola, will select the first three short stories based on their own artistic sensibilities and considering the literary quality of the writing, composition, originality of expression, and the ability to emotionally captivate the reader. THE AWARDS CEREMONY

 

The awards ceremony will be held during the “Week of Italian Language” in Luanda. Further notifications, along with the results of the literary competition will be communicated in due time to the authors and published on the Italian Embassy website.
