(August 31, 2017) "Guitar and its Transcripts Through The Centuries" is the title of the concert that Lorenzo Bernardi will hold at the Italian Cultural Institute in Osaka, directed by Stefano Fossati on September 9: a musical journey through geographical areas, different periods and styles, ranging from JS Bach to Ennio Morricone, passing through Barrios, Napoléon Coste (1805-1883), Joaquin Turina 1882-1949), Augustin Barrios Mongoré (1885-1944) and Alexandre Tasman (1897-1986). After Osaka, Bernardi will perform in Fukuoka on September 10, at the Italian Center led by prof. Doriano Sulis.
