Lisbon. The 17th Week of Italian Language in the World will be held in Lisbon from October 16-22, organised by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, under the patronage of the Italian President of the Republic, whose theme this year is "Italian at the cinema, Italian in the cinema ". For the opening of the Week, today on October 16th, the Italian Institute of Culture of Lisbon invited director Graziano Diana to present his TV film "Edda Ciano and the Communist" at the Lusophone University of Lisbon during an encounter with students studying Film, Video, and Multimedia Communication In the presence of the director, the film will be screened at the cinema hall of the IIC. Ambassador Giuseppe Morabito will also attend the official inauguration of the Week which continues in the following days with a series of screenings that will take place in the Institute's movie theatre: "Malavoglia" by Pasquale Scimeca, "The young fabulous" by Mario Martone, "I Vicerè" by Roberto Faenza, "Scialla!" by Francesco Bruni and "The Mafia kills only in summer" by Pierfrancesco Diliberto (red)
