The second Italian Cuisine Week opens on Friday November 17th at the Romanfabrik (Hanauer Landstr 186) in Frankfurt with a music tour titled "La musica a tavola" (Music at the Table) - conducted by Rai Radio 3 and Rai News 24 musician and journalist Guido Zaccagnini. This is the first of six events in the calendar of the Italian Cuisine Week. Professor of music history at the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia in Rome, Zaccagnini will present stories, recipes, and music from the Middle Ages of the Minnesaenger to 20th century Bernstein to the Italian and German public followed by a tasting of two wines chosen for the occasion by the regional wine bar "Casa dei Vini di Calabria".
