From November 23rd to December 1st, with the support of the Embassy and Italian Consulate General of Buenos Aires, the Carabinieri Army Band will be on tour in Argentina, the country which now hosts the largest Italian community outside of the national borders as well as two important sections of the National Carabinieri Association. The band's musicians will perform at the Consulate's Christmas Concert - an event particularly felt by the Italian community in Argentina and an opportunity for the Ambassador and General Consul to greet - along with the numerous Italian residents who will attend - the Argentinean Authorities, as well as to award the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic granted by the President of the Republic. In parallel to the event, the Band will perform - in agreement with the Municipality of Buenos Aires - in the major squares of the Capital. The tour will continue in the city of Rosario, where the second section of the Italian ANC is located. The Consulate General of Rosario, with the support of the Municipality, promoted an important series of concerts, including at the Bandera Monument and one concluding at the Iguazu Falls. (9Colonne)
