“A positive budget for food products and companies from Friuli in New York" according to the regional councillor of Friuli Venezia Giulia's agricultural resources, Cristiano Shaurli yesterday at the end of his visit with the Governor of Friuia Venezia Giulia, Debora Serracchiani to the two New York Eataly: Downtown and Flatiron where the month of November is entirely dedicated to promoting products from Friuli Venezia Giulia. The initiative involves about 70 companies and is promoted by the Regional Rural Development Agency (ERSA), in collaboration with the three regional chambers of commerce, Unindustria and PromoTurismo Fvg, with the participation of the San Daniele, Montasio consortia and the D.O.C.'s of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The marketing campaign, for an investment of less than 200,000 euros, provides more than a month of initiatives in the United States from October 30th to December 3rd with over 30 events including tastings, presentations, and live cooking shows featuring regional products, at the four sale points in New York, Boston, and Chicago.
