A cultural exchange between students in Sarajevo

Yesterday in Sarajevo students of the "Cremona" Institute of Higher Education in Milan, on a study trip in Bosnia Herzegovina, met with Italian language students of the Sarajevo Junior High School and the 4th Class of the East Sarajevo Music School. The initiative involved over 70 young people, 39 of which from Milan, 16 from East Sarajevo and 20 from the Sarajevo Junior High School - the hosting institution. The exchange allowed the Italian students to deepen their knowledge of the city and of the local culture, starting with a presentation by Headmaster Lejla Tuzlak from the Institute's History Museum, followed by a more informal opportunity for socialising between students and professors. The initiative opened future discussions for the planning of future exchanges between the two institutions, both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Italy. It was promoted and supported by the Italian Embassy, which also participated, with the aim of promoting the meeting and exchange between young people and students from all areas and communities of the country, involving the increasingly numerous school groups who visit the country every year.
