A photography exhibition <br> about Trieste

(12 marzo 2018) An evening dedicated to the city of Trieste will take place in Nuremberg (in the Lichthalle of the Heimatministeriums in Lorenzer Platz) where photographs by Lara Perentin will be exhibited. in Nuremberg (in the Lichthalle of the Heimatministeriums in Lorenzer Platz) where the photographs of Lara Perentin will be exhibited. The event was organised by the Italian Institute of Culture of Munich and the Honorary Italian Consulate in Nuremberg in collaboration with the Italian Consulate General in Munich. "Immagini, atmosfere e sapori di una città mitteleuropea affacciata sul mare" (Images, Atmospheres, and Flavours of a Central European City Overlooking the Sea) is the title of the exhibition that will be inaugurated on Wednesday, March 21st. The evening is dedicated to the city of Trieste as seen through the eyes of those who know its soul in its purest essence and who tell its story with the same passion and intimacy of a lover. Photographer Lara Perentin, a native of Trieste, captures its light in endless black and white colours to show to the public of Nuremberg. Her photographs immortalise places, people, and atmospheres, emphasising elegance but also the gracefulness of a typical Central European City that overlooks the sea. The Italian Consul General in Munich, Renato Cianfarani, and the Honorary Italian Consul in Nuremberg, Günther Kreuzer, will officially inaugurate the exhibition. The host of the evening is Francesco Ziosi, Director of the Italian Institute of Culture of Munich and Perentin will present her works At the presentation the works will be the same artist. and Florinda Klevisser, author of the guide "Trieste al femminile"  (Morellini Editore, 2017), will moderate the debate.
