(8 November 2018) On the occasion of the Italian Cuisine Week in the world, the Italian Cultural Institute of Los Angeles, the Italian Foundation, Guidi Marcello LTD and Saor Project have organised a workshop for children aged 5 to 12 on the theme of rice - Italian product d excellence linked to the Vercelli territory. On November 17th at the IIC in Los Angeles, the workshop - already successfully presented at Expo Milano 2015 - will be preceded by the screening of the animated short film Fiabe di Riso, a project by the non-profit organization "Liberi di Scegliere" that assists families of disabled children. Children will try their hand at creating Italian recipes based on rice under the guidance of Chef Alessandra of SAOR Project.
