(27 march 2019) The Italian Cultural Institute of Lima, presents the conference "Italian Design under the spotlight - lamps of the masters of design: 1950 - 2019" curated by architect Tommaso Cigarini in the context of the Italian Design Day 2019 and in collaboration with Hilite and Lima Modern. The conference, on April 2nd at the IIC, will focus on the history of Italian design through its main table lamps, the history and the production process of 10 table lamps, and icons of Italian design.   Furthermore, the work and biographical data of the main lamp designers will also be briefly touched on.  There will be a brief guided tour of the exhibition by the curator after the conference.
