The exceptional Mimosa cocktail was born from the mix of two Italian excellences protected by the respective Consortia, and was held at the premises of the prestigious Vicenzaoro fair by the president of the Sicilian Red Orange PGI Consortium Gerardo Diana and the vice president of the Prosecco DOC Consortium GianGiacomo Bonaldi Scotti. Also present was the godmother of the Red Mimosa cocktail, Elena Albertini, vice president of the Red Orange Consortium. "It has been a pleasure and an honor to combine our fruit with that of an Italian quality ambassador product in the world such as Prosecco.
