The Meloni administration has now reached the 100-day mark. The numbers help up to analyse the activities of the first female prime minister's administration, and the 15 decree laws already enacted stand out. This is the second highest figure among the governments at the beginning of the term, surpassed only by the Berlusconi II executive (25). The current administration has dealt with numerous crises, but the excessive use of emergency decrees continues to cause problems. Not least because the legislature fails to convert them on time. Although in previous regimes Giorgia Meloni's party frequently raged against the use of trust issues, five have already been raised in the first 100 days of this administration. The number for the current administration is the second highest among the analyzed executives (together with that of Berlusconi IV). In this instance, the Prodi II government ranks top with six votes of confidence in its first 100 days in office. A particularly pertinent fact, however, relates to the relationship between the trust issues addressed and the laws passed during the same time period. With 5 votes of confidence against 7 laws that have already completed the legislative process inside the first 100 days, the present executive assumes the lead. Followed by the Prodi II administration (6 out of 10) and Berlusconi IV (5 out of 18).
