Located in the French city of Amiens, the restaurant-pizzeria "La Mamma Mia" has earned the Platinum level of certification and reliability for its 100% Italian-made products by receiving the ITA0039 seal of approval from the certification body ASACERT. Following a certification audit that verified the parameters of the check-list, including raw materials, wine list, traditional Italian dishes, menus (also in Italian), staff, and so on, the restaurant received the highest score. Objective elements that are not the only reason for the success of "La Mamma Mia," which manages to be loved by French and tourists in equal measure thanks to its ability to tell, every day, the uniqueness of the moments spent together with loved ones, i.e., at the table. A significant honor for chef Leopoldo Laise, who declares: "The secret to Italian cuisine's global success is linked to the quality of our products and how we process them. We are proud to have achieved the highest level of certification ITA0039". With immense challenges and, often, unfair competition from those who call themselves Italian but in reality use colors and denominations improperly, the ITA0039 certification was developed to reward those who, like the restaurateurs of "La Mamma mia," invest in the taste and in the Italian eno-gastronomic tradition.
