After 18 years of engagement and a daughter, 10-year-old Paola, who brought the rings to her parents as they had always wanted, the two said their fateful yes. The ceremony, which was held in great secrecy in Romagna at Laura's parents' home in a private setting dedicated only to family and a few close friends, took everyone by surprise. In fact, Laura had invited everyone to a dinner to celebrate her 30-year career, but once the guests arrived, they found the bride and groom welcoming them.
