Marc Márquez will be Francesco Bagnaia's new Ducati teammate through 2026. The eight-time World Champion Spanish rider will succeed Enea Bastianini in the factory Ducati MotoGP team starting next season. "I'm very happy to be able to wear the red of the official Ducati team in MotoGP next season", Márquez said. "I enjoyed riding the Desmosedici GP from the start and quickly adapted to it. From that point forward, I knew my goal was to continue on this path, to grow, and to join the team that had Pecco Bagnaia as World Champion for two years in a row". "Choosing Bagnaia's new teammate was difficult because there were so many talented riders to choose from. Finally, we decided on an undisputed talent like Marc Márquez", explains Luigi Dall'Igna, General Manager of Ducati Corse.
