This year, the houses in Porto Cervo, Sardinia's most elegant location, exceeded the quotation of 18 thousand euros per square meter. To be more specific, prices in Gallura's "jewel" range from a low of 10,150 euros to a high of 18,250 euros per square meter, with a 7% annual increase. Following with a lower range are the houses of Porto Rotondo, in the municipality of Olbia, where prices range from a minimum of 5,600 to a maximum of 14,400 euros, up 6.8% from 2023. In Golfo Aranci, also in the northeast of the island, prices per square meter range from 3,200 to 6,500 euros. Houses in La Maddalena are particularly sought after, with prices ranging from 2,800 to 5,500 euros (+4.5%). A home in San Teodoro costs between €2,900 and €5,250 per square meter. Prices in Porto Torres and Cabras remain low, ranging from a thousand to a maximum of 2,100 euros per square meter.
