Artificial intelligence should not be frightening, especially when a healthy dose of human creativity is added to the technology. Brunello Cucinelli, starting from this premise and openly admitting that he does not use ChatGPT, has decided in recent years to invest resources in a new project with AI at its core. The first result is the new BrunelloCucinelli.ai website, which is built on the Solomei AI platform and aims to use AI to transform the way websites are designed and built. "This site will give us a thousand possibilities and a great advantage when we have the ecommerce version", explained the founder and president of the same-named luxury company. The new website, which is already operational, will remain separate from the institutional one, and the Umbrian designer sees it as "a tailor-made suit for people who want to get to know us better, in particular to understand our philosophy". The AI-powered website abandons the concept of a page and menu. Cucinelli did not specify how much money was invested in this new project, but he did say that five people worked on it full-time for nearly three years, including young researchers from mathematics, engineering, art, and philosophy.
