ABK Industrie Ceramiche S.p.A., a porcelain floor and wall tile manufacturer based in Emilia, has been awarded a €10 million contract by one of the most important players in the sector in the United States, following the market launch of the second generation FullVein3D technology, which will be used exclusively for the exclusive production of worktops for bathrooms and kitchens, hobs, tables and furnishing objects. The company has consistently distinguished itself with its innovative technology. Within its Solignano hub, which is one of the most advanced in the ceramic district, the second generation FullVein3D technology has been developed. This technology accurately replicates the veins of natural materials. ABK Group thus takes a significant step forward in reproducing the aesthetics of stone materials in ceramics, both on the surface and throughout the slab. The technical properties of non-absorbency and resistance, as well as the breadth of the dimensions, make the use of ceramic materials in the furniture industry more appealing. According to Alessandro Fabbri, managing director of Sales & Marketing at ABK Group, "success in the United States is a source of pride". In the spring, the Italian company was a key player at Coverings, North America's largest trade fair and one of ABK Group's main markets.
