Guided tastings with traditional Trentino foods, vineyard excursions, and several opportunities to discover the area in an innovative way. "Trentodoc in the cellar", with its 99 events hosted by sparkling wine firms affiliated with the Trento Doc Institute, has been certified as an unmissable opportunity to explore mountain bubbles where they are born. "An opportunity to celebrate the commitment of our producers and to promote the further development of wine tourism, continuing the path started in the last legislature" are the words of the provincial councilor with responsibility for agriculture and promotion of Trentino products, Giulia Zanotelli. On Saturday, Zanotelli visited various realities of the territory, engaged in dialogue with entrepreneurs and assessed the most pressing issues affecting the sector, including the optimization of water use, the recovery of new land, the fight against plant diseases, and promotion and investments. "Technological innovation will be a key topic in future interactions with the sector, therefore it is critical to understand how manufacturers intend to continue to invest in quality. The presence of so many people in the cellars, particularly from beyond the province, is a source of pride for us, as well as an indication that we are on the right track. We continue to engage with businesses to develop policies that meet their needs".
