Maria Rosaria Boccia was added to the suspect list after former minister Gennaro Sangiuliano filed a complaint. She was also charged with violence or threatening a political entity. The Rome Public Prosecutor's Office ordered a residence search, the seizure of a mobile phone, and the confiscation of computer equipment against the entrepreneur. The preliminary action was carried out by carabinieri from Rome's investigation section. Boccia, who is also facing charges of injury, was also confiscated a laptop and smart eyewear that were employed to record videos within the Chamber of Deputies. The search was conducted in the entrepreneur's home in Pompeii. The detectives would also have found the smart glasses in the property, which Boccia had previously used to film a series of recordings within the Chamber of Deputies. What has been confiscated will now be analyzed by the carabinieri, who have welcomed a delegation from Piazzale Clodio prosecutors.
