Another accolade for Massimo Bottura's Osteria Francescana in Modena: it was awarded Best Restaurant in Italy in the Great Restaurants category by the 50 Top Italy 2025 guide. Second place went to Uliassi, Mauro Uliassi's restaurant in Senigallia, while the third position was claimed by Enoteca Pinchiorri, led by Riccardo Monco and Alessandro Della Tommasina. In fourth place was Davide Oldani's D'O in Cornaredo; fifth was Duomo by Ciccio Sultano in Ragusa; and sixth was Le Calandre, run by the Alajmo family in Rubano. Seventh went to Andrea Aprea's eponymous restaurant in Milan, followed by Condividere in Turin, headed by Federico Zanasi, in eighth. Daní Maison, the restaurant of chef and patron Nino Di Costanzo in Ischia, ranks ninth, while Taverna Estia, owned by the Sposito family in Brusciano, rounds out the top ten. Lombardy leads the ranking with ten restaurants, followed by Campania with eight and Veneto with six.
