The Udine Public Prosecutor's Office has sent notices of investigation to three firefighters from the operations room and a 112 nurse for the May 31 tragedy in which Patrizia Cormos, Bianca Doros and Cristian Molnar lost their lives, swept away by the flood of the Natisone River. The investigation alleges the crime of manslaughter, focusing on the management of emergency protocols, without involving the rescuers who responded to the scene. Investigators have been analyzing for six months printouts and recordings of calls for help made by Patrizia Cormos and communications between the Sores FVG operations room and firefighters. The focus is on the procedures adopted after the calls, which were deemed correctly addressed by the 112 Single Number operator. The first interviews are set for December 4, exactly six months after the tragedy.
