The Lazio Regional Court has granted by monocratic decree the request of the Unione Sindacale di Base (Usb) to suspend the order of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, wanted by Minister Matteo Salvini, limiting to four hours the general transport strike initially proclaimed for the entire day today. In a note, Usb said, "The Lazio Regional Administrative Court grants Usb's request to suspend Salvini's precepting order. The strike is general, regular and lawful and will last 24 hours also in transportation". With this decision, the protest will return to involve the entire day today, as originally planned, while still guaranteeing compliance with the guaranteed time slots for essential services.
