The video created by young people hospitalized at the National Cancer Institute in Milan and fighting cancer on a daily basis is proving to be extremely successful. In under 24 hours, the video of 'Palle di Natale' (Smile, It's Christmas Day), a song composed and sung by teens from the International Pediatrics Youth Project, was viewed by more than 1 million and 300 thousand viewers on YouTube. The video has gone "viral" and dominated the network, thanks in part to the attraction of the same young people who are asking its global distribution. In addition to online, viewers are spreading through WhatsApp. The song is also available for download on iTunes, with earnings benefiting the Bianca Garavaglia Foundation's pediatric cancer research efforts.
