A spectacular performance in Beaver Creek. After finishing second in the downhill race, Sofia Goggia clinched a stunning victory in the Super-G World Cup in Colorado. Just 313 days after fracturing her tibia and malleolus, the Italian skier delivered an outstanding performance, finishing with a time of 1:03.90. No one could match her. Swiss skier Lara Gut-Behrami claimed second place (1:04.38), followed by Austria’s Ariane Raedler in third (1:04.45). For the 32-year-old from Bergamo, this marks her 25th career win in the Alpine Ski World Cup and her 56th podium finish overall.
