The year 2024 marked a new record for the number of matches played between national soccer teams, with a total of 1,181 matches. However, only 21 of these were played in November, resulting in no significant changes in the top 100 FIFA rankings. At the top there is Argentina, ending the year leading the best teams for the second year in a row. France is confirmed in second place, while Spain occupies the third position. England is fourth, followed by Brazil in fifth place, Portugal in sixth, the Netherlands in seventh and Belgium in eighth. Italy, under the leadership of coach Luciano Spalletti, is confirmed in ninth place, unchanged from the previous month. Immediately behind the Azzurri, in 10th place, is Germany.
