England is fourth, followed by Brazil in fifth place, Portugal in sixth, the Netherlands in seventh and Belgium in eighth. Italy, under the leadership of coach Luciano Spalletti, is confirmed in ninth place, unchanged from the previous month. Immediately behind the Azzurri, in 10th place, is Germany.
