Stellantis has established its first European market in Italy. While selling 10% less automobiles than in 2023, Stellantis registered 454,013 vehicles in Italy last year, exceeding the French market, where the Italian-French-American multinational placed 452,900 units. Germany is far behind with approximately 344 thousand registrations, followed by the United Kingdom with 206 thousand and Spain with somewhat less than 150 thousand. Stellantis' largest global market is the United States, where, despite a fourth consecutive year of declining sales, it sold approximately 1.3 million vehicles. While very excellent news comes from South America, particularly from Brazil: in the Carioca market, Stellantis has sold over 735 thousand cars and vans, with 510 thousand Fiat brand automobiles, as much as 100,000 registrations more than Volkswagen, coming in second. In practice, for every Fiat sold in Italy, five Brazilians purchase it.
