A new hacking attack targets Italian institutional websites. The offensive is once again being claimed by the pro-Russian collective NoName057, which on its Telegram channels relates it to the meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. In this meeting, "the Italian prime minister confirmed global support for Kiev" and reiterated that "Italy will help Ukraine achieve a just and lasting peace". However, the pro-Russian hackers add that Italy "should start helping itself and, first of all, its cybersecurity". Among the targets of the attack—carried out via a DDos attack, as is typical in such cases—were the websites of the Ministries of Infrastructure and Transport, Economic Development, the Navy, and several local public transport networks.
