On the occasion of Sanremo Festival 2025, Filling the Music, the pop choir that is conquering the web, will celebrate 75 years of the Italian Festival with a medley lasting about an hour that brings together the 75 refrains of the Festival's winning songs from 1951 to the present. Made up of 20 children and young people aged 5 to 15, the group will perform from February 14 to 16 in a series of unique performances, singing surprise songs in the streets of the center of the Ligurian city and engaging the audience that will crowd the streets. The project will not be limited to the musical sphere but will add a strong intergenerational and social connotation. In fact, the group's rehearsals will be held on a rotating basis at “Le sette case per anziani” ("The Seven Elderly Homes") of Lugano Social Institutes to provide moments of joy and sharing for the guests. The Swiss Touring Club supports the project as a Mobility Partner by sponsoring bus transportation that will take the young talents from Switzerland to Liguria. Born in September 2016, Filling the Music aims to enhance young singers through the dimension of choir and group by performing covers of the big names in song. The very young artists have collected more than 150 million views on YouTube and more than 250,000 subscribers to their channel. Their covers have captivated audiences and caught the attention of internationally renowned artists such as Mahmood, Ligabue, Sean Paul, Gabbani, J-Ax, Ghali, Sergio Sylvestre, Vasco Rossi, Paola and Chiara, Alfa and Francesca Michielin. Artistic director Tamara Brenni, and her very young artists, have already been invited on major local and foreign broadcasters, including Rai1, Rai2, RaiGulp, Rai Yoyo, RSI, RTS, SRF, Dreamworks TV and Canale Italia.
