The Ministry of Defense has released the new menu for soldiers. Tortellini with meat sauce can be replaced by minestrone, and frankfurters give way to tuna and peas. Among the newly introduced changes are also a whole series of necessary requirements such as the obligation to display on all packages the indications of EU regulations and directives and the organoleptic characteristics of the product. This must be the case for chocolate, condensed milk, sugar and olive oil. The ration consists of 7 modules. Each individual meal in each module (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be eaten in the mess tin and with plastic cutlery. For breakfast: sweet cookie, cereal bar, chocolate, fruit jelly, fruit jam, sweetened condensed milk, cappuccino, freeze-dried coffee, sweetened instant tea. And if it gets cold, extra dark chocolate. For lunch: tortellini with meat sauce, pasta and beans, minestrone, ravioli with meat sauce, beef, turkey, tuna and peas, crackers, fruit salad. For dinner: minestrone, rice salad, pasta and beans, rice salad, tuna, beef medallions, mackerel fillets, chicken, tuna with beans, cereal bar and fruit.
