Pope Francis had a restful night and got up this morning for breakfast. This was reported by the Holy See Press Office regarding the Pope's health condition, as he remains hospitalized at the Gemelli Polyclinic in Rome for bilateral pneumonia since February 14.
According to Vatican sources, today and tomorrow will provide insight into the Pope's response to the new therapy prescribed by his doctors, which could indicate the duration of his hospitalization. Last night, the Vatican announced a slight improvement in the Pope's clinical condition, with stable hemodynamic parameters and no fever.
There is still uncertainty regarding how the Pope will approach the Sunday Angelus. Vatican sources do not rule out the possibility that he may replicate last week's format, when the Pope issued a written text instead of delivering the prayer live.
Let me know if you need any adjustments!
