Artificial Intelligence is entering Zamperla, the world's leading manufacturer of amusement park rides. "We are studying it and training employees to push the technology to its maximum," explains Antonio Zamperla, CEO and third-generation member of the family business. "When a ride stops, it's because there are sensors that give an alert with a view to greater safety and preventive maintenance," says the CEO. “We have also created a 'data lake' where information from all our databases converges and is integrated”. There are more than 9,000 Zamperla attractions worldwide, thousands of sensors are on each roller coaster, and they carry about a billion people each year. "We carry the Italian flag and creativity all over the world. In New York we have worked on the relaunch of an amusement park in Central Park owned by a Trump Group company, and in the U.S. we have a park management company that manages five lots on Coney Island on which we have a concession until 2050," the CEO concludes, “And for the near future we are aiming at the Arabian Peninsula area”.
