The 21-year-old Roman won on Romanian clay with a solid and mature performance, beating Argentina's Sebastian Baez in the final with a double 6-4. After a very balanced first set, decided by a break in the seventh game, Cobolli was able to keep his concentration high even in the second partial, closing the match on the seventh match point.
