Andrea Kimi Antonelli continues to amaze. In his third Formula One race, the Italian rookie made history by becoming the youngest driver to lead a race in the top championship: at 18 years and 7 months, he led the Suzuka Grand Prix from laps 22 to 31, taking advantage of pit strategy. A symbolic yet significant outcome that enabled him to steal the record from Max Verstappen. Antonelli finished sixth in the race, ahead of champion Lewis Hamilton and gaining ground on his teammate George Russell. The second half of the race was incredible, as he also achieved the quickest lap and a new track record. "I'm giving everything", he said on the radio in the pits during the finale. And the facts prove him right. For the 2006-born driver, this is only the beginning, but the talent is there, and it shows.
