Cairo - On May 7th, the video installation "We are the flood. Gemmation" by Stefano Cagol will be inaugurated at the gallery of the Italian Cultural Institute in Cairo. The artist returns to Egypt with his liquid platform, linked to the idea of a flood, which by its nature continues to expand through evolutions and budding. On display on this occasion are works by the Italian artist realized during the project and others related to it, according to a processualism without interruption, coherent yet multiple, which characterizes his modus operandi. Cagol had already been in Cairo as an artist and curator of a section of the Off Cairo Biennale something else. (9colonne)
