The poetry of Venice according to Andrea Molesini

(April 21, 2017) Gondolas instead of cars, channels instead of roads: Venice is a unique city with its own romantic charm - like a painting you can walk through. And Hamburg, the German Venice, dedicates to the Serenissima the exhibition "The poetry of Venetian painting" set up at the Kunsthalle. In particular, on Friday April 28 at 7 pm there will be a great opportunity to dive in the literary Venice with the author Andrea Molesini. With attentive, loving, critical and humorous eye, Molesini looks at his hometown. He makes it the scenery of his novels, capturing the atmosphere, the magic, the sounds, the voices, and even the smells of Venice, the lagoon and its islands. In his interview with Francesca Bravi at the Italian Institute of Culture, Andrea Molesini shows us his personal literary Venice. (Red)
