At the IIC

(August 18, 2017) The Italian Institute of Culture of Lima will inaugurate the "Orbitales" exhibition by Italian artist Alex Caminiti on Thursday, August 24 at 7 PM, at the Galleria Mario Sironi. After a month of stay in Peru, where he was fed with local art and culture, the prolific artist now presents his works, all conceived and made in Lima, the capital of Peru. Caminiti, in his work - mainly pictorial and sculptural because "these artistic forms center creativity of form in every step of their genesis" - expresses the feeling of a visual essence, apparently chaotic but structurally bound to an ironic and colorful vision of life.

ABOUT / WHEN AND WHERE

The exhibition, curated by critic Manuel Munive Maco, will remain open until September 23 at Galleria Mario Sironi, and will be free of charge.
