The "Nexus" platform - the customer relationship manage-ment (CRM) application created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through which companies can easily direct their requests for assistance to the Embassy - is now active. Ideally, the first contact between a company and the sales office for the submission of an assistance request must take place via an online form. (9colonne)
