The photographic exhibition "The boom of cities - Andata e Ritorno" (Coming and Going) by Davide Bramante will be inaugurated on Friday 26th January at the Valid Foto BCN Gallery in Barcelona. Organised by the Italian Cultural Institute of Barcelona in collaboration with Valid Foto BCN, it will remain open until February 18th. Davide Bramante inserts himself in the search for an escape from the city. Born in Syracuse - capital of Magna Graecia and a portal to the history of the great Greek civilisation - the artist tries to understand the passage of "Andata e Ritorno" (Coming and Going) as is said of his city, which was once a metropolitan city of the ancient world and today seems to have returned to being a small "border" town. Bramante tries to combine in his work the three things he loves most: art, photography, and travel.
