Emilia Romagna tourist facilities showcased at ITB

(March 6, 2017) Emilia Romagna tourist facilities on the runway, from March 8 to 12 at ITB Berlin, with 27 holiday-regional tour operators who will find hospitality in a stand of 156 square meters, coordinated and prepared by APT Servizi Emilia Romagna. During the ITB days there will be different appointments, that will see protagonist the tourist facilities of Emilia Romagna. On the evening of March 8, during a "tweet-up" (a press conference shared in real-time on social network), in the presence of foreign digital influencers it will be presented the 2017 edition of BlogVille the unique format conceived by Apt Servizi to attract European bloggers to discover the region. Also on March 8 at Spreespeicher it will be presented to the press and German opinion- leaders the FICO (Italian Factory Farming) agribusiness Park which will open in Bologna in October 2017. Thursday, March 9, in regional stand at ITB, is scheduled a meeting between the leaders of Apt Services and the Tourism Authority of the "5 lakes Region" in Bavaria, for the development of a twinning agreement between the "Notte del Liscio" (June 9-11) and similar events dedicated to local traditions of the territory. On March 9 the Italian Embassy in Berlin will host a joint press conference with the municipality of Parma to illustrate the calendar of events and initiatives planned this year for the celebrations of 2200 years of the town's foundation along the ancient Via Emilia, in addition to stage of the famous "Mille Miglia". ABOUT / PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

At ITB Berlin, which last year reported 120 thousand visitors, the regional stand is customized with images of the promotional campaign 'Hello Mom we're in Romagna' and the tourism path "Via Emilia", as well as audiovisual aids presenting all the regional tourist offer. The trade fair will be an opportunity, on March8 and 9, to meet, in a reserved area of the regional stand, authoritative representatives of the press and online German mainstream media. "Backed by the good results in 2016 - said the Regional Assessor for Tourism Andrea Corsini - where the German arrivals increased by + 4% (reaching a total of 440,925), our presence at ITB Berlin will be an important promotional opportunity to present to the international tourist-holiday proposals in 2017 together with the billboard of the great events planned (from “Notte del liscio” to the “Notte Rosa”...) ".
