An exhibition on Franco Fontana who is among the most “picturesque” photographers

(28 July 2017) The Montenegro based gallery “Miodrag Dado Duric” offers a look into the light, colours, landscapes, and geometric forms in the Italian photographer Franco Fontana’s art in the exhibition that opens today and will remain open until September 1st. Fontana is considered to be among the most appreciated Italian photographers in the world. Over the course of his long career, “the master of colour” has received many awards and his works have been included in more than 40 photography books. Fontana is distinguished for his essential style of composition based on colour schemes. His photography revolves around the the poetry of colour and the transformation of nature into abstract forms. His works have been exhibited in more than 400 solo and collective shows in museums and galleries around the world. The National Museum of Montenegro and the Italian Institute of Culture in collaboration with CRAF (Photography Research and Archive Centre) and the University of Trieste.


THE EXHIBITION

The inaguruation of the exhibition takes place on July 28th at 19:00 and will remain open to the public until September 1st at “Miodrag Dado Duric” Gallery.
