IIC MADRID

The three-story 17th century Palacio d’Abrantes is the current seat of the IIC of Madrid, located in the heart of the city. It consists of a gallery, a kitchen, and two large salons that can be adapted to exhibitions, conferences, concerts, film screenings, and a library. In February 2009 thank to the Ottavio and Rosita Missoni Foundation, the old salon of the Abrantes Palace was renovated and transformed into a theatre and brought back to its ancient splendour. The literary evenings at the IIC are often held in the Sala Caffè Milano on the ground floor. All the furnishings are provided by Italian design companies thanks to the support of the City of Milan and Cosmit.
