Davide Mazzanti's female athletes will be in Belek, Turkey for the 2018 Gloria Cup tournament. During the three days of competition, the Italian women's national team will face Azerbaijan, Russia and the home team. Italy has already faced Russia and Turkey (two victories for Italy) in recent weeks, during the Rabobank Cup. The Italian national team departs for Turkey tomorrow, continuing its preparation for the World Championship in Japan (September 29th to October 21st). From August 7th to 12th, Chirichella and her colleagues alternated retiring to the Giulio Onesti in Rome with the Robobank Superseries in the Netherlands, and now they will close this stage of preparation with the Gloria Cup. September 4th - 9th, the Italian team will take part in the historic tournament of Montreux. Their training period in Val Camonica (September 13 to 18) ends with some friendlies with the Netherlands.
