(5 October 2018) 27 Agri-food companies in Lazio today until Sunday 7th, will be presented to the London public with the "Welcome Italia" event at the Royal Horticultural Halls. The Lazio Region along with Arsial will be the protagonist of the three-day event with a show cooking programme dedicated to the excellence of the region conceived by the Italian Chamber of Commerce for the United Kingdom for the promotion of typical Italian food and wine culture.  Three events in the calendar for 'Taste of Lazio', with three excellent chefs who will alternate in the kitchen starting at 16:00 with Giancarlo Caldesi, chef at La Caldesi Italian bar & restaurant in London; Saturday 6th at 13.30 with Luigi Esposito, executive chef at the restaurant Camillo Benso in London and; and on Sunday 7th at 12:50 with Carmelo Carnevale, president of the Professional Association of Italian Chefs in the United Kingdom.
